The General Types of Women’s Body Shapes in Highlight

Female body shapes are generally categorized into two groups: the ‘pear shape’ and the ‘apple shape‘. Each type of women’s body shapes has its special characteristics.

Different body shapes lead to the different ways of how to maintain the health, including the different types of diet or the different ways to lose weight. Women with different body shape also need a different way to dress to look perfect with the body shape.

It’s easy enough to determine what your body shape is because there is a simple way to determine your body shape. So, you can easily determine your type of body shape by yourself.

However, nobody can’t change their body shape and it’s not necessary to change it because each type is good with its own weaknesses and strengths. What you should do is just knows the type of the body shape. Next thing to do is adjust the way you dress, the way you diet, the way you exercise and so on to look best with your body shape. Finally, just being thankful.
