Practical Tips to be Thankful

In our everyday lives, it is often a little bit difficult to see the good things behind bad things. As the result, we tend not to feel thankful. In fact, God always give us the best thing we should deserve, in the form of lessons or rewards, so we have to be thankful all the time or at least most of the time.

Here are simple practical tips so that we can practice to be always thankful. It is not difficult, but it needs consistency.

At night before going to sleep, write a list of good things that happen on that day. Write bad things too. Then, be thankful for everything good and ask for guidance for anything bad so that it won’t happen anymore and do it every night.
