Basic stuff you should have in your makeup bag
Need to bring some makeup stuff to keep your makeup looks good? Why bother bringing many products. Just bring the basic makeup products and forget the rest.
There are five things you should never forget to bring in your bag.
First is concealer. Choose only a concealer that either matches your skin tone exactly or a shade lighter. You can have it in stick, tube, liquid or tub form.
Next is foundation or powder. They are available in wet/dry, cream to powder, or dual finish formulas. They are great for touch-ups during the day.
Then, you should have blush. Blush is practically mistake proof and very sheer. You can choose blush formulated in either compact (powder) stick (cream or gel) or compact cream form (blend with a finger or sponge). The rule is choosing a shade that makes your cheeks look like you’ve just been pinched.
Next is an eye pencil. Eye pencils are pretty important because it can be used for shadow and liner. Keep a brown or black/brown pencil handy. It’s better to choose the new gel pencils because they stay put and don’t smudge.
Last is lip paint. If you want a long lasting color for your lip, lip paint is the answer because it’s the best long wearing lip color around. Just apply the lip paint in the morning and you’ll see that it will stay on through coffee, lunch and the 4pm cappuccino break. All you need to have with you is the accompanying gloss that moisturizes and shines the lips over the color.
From now on, there is no bag spilling over with makeup stuff anymore, yet you look beautiful all the time.
