Happy and harmonious marriage can last forever, but only if you know what to do during the process. There are lots of things that you can do to make your marriage the harmonious one. You don’t have to choose to do the difficult ones. You can choose those things that are easy and simple to do so you can do it again and again. Wondering what are they? Here are those little things to do to maintain a harmonious marriage:
1. Kiss him at least four times a day. Those kisses can be the light kisses that you both do before you go to work or before you go to bed at night. They can be kisses on the cheek or forehead.
2. Make love at least three times a week. Well, it can be different from one couple to another couple. The rule is that you are really making love not just having sex and that you enjoy every moment of it.
3. Say the sentence ‘I love you’ once a day. Saying the three magic words once a day is more than enough because you should not just say that you love your spouse, but mainly you show that you love him.

However, recent research shows the good side of eating chips. The research has proven that eating chips may improve the mood. We can say that eating chips can make you feel better. Good news, isn’t it? Let’s find out more about the research.
The research is conducted by Dr. Mike Green from the University of Aston in Birmingham. Dr Mike Green asked 60 men and women to watch a five-minute movie that shows the damage caused by the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima in 1945.
After that, half of the people were given a magazine to read to influence their thoughts, while the rest of the people were ordered to eat chips. After conducting activities in accordance with the request of the researcher, all participants were asked to complete questionnaires about their mood. The participants or respondents asked to eat chips improve their mood after eating the chips, while the other participants asked to read a magazine improve nothing. Based on the research, Dr Green explained that the sense of calm coming from eating chips can be felt after 20 minutes.
So, next time if you want to improve the bad mood, try to eat chips. Just remember, don’t eat too much.
